I have onions!
Usually, not every single seed I plant comes up. But, this year, the onions decided to cooperate!
This is only 3/4ths of the onionis.
I have been sharing and experimenting!
I decided to try and make onion powder. I think after running the dehydrator for about 12 hours, It will only take me a week to get my house to smell like normal again! Tomorrow, I'm going to try my hand at salsa and maybe even some rotel.
Gardening is so much fun!
Although, I may not be kissing LB anytime soon!
