This Year's Harvest

Harvest is over again for another year!

The wheat has all been cut and the combines put away.

Now it's time to plow the fields in preparation for next year's harvest.

This year's harvest was a little discouraging.  For those of you who watch the weather know that Western Oklahoma is in the middle of a drought.  So, the wheat that we didn't loose, didn't produce enough to really be worth cutting. 

But, such is the chance you take when you decide to be a farmer.

Let's all just take a moment and pray for a good crop this next year and plenty of rain to feed it along.
